my favorite part of the movie was when the 3 guys sang for the blind man then everyone liked it and no one knew who they where and the three guys didn't know everyone liked there song until they sang for the mayor and everyone started to cheer for them

my legs felt like a bowl of jelo after workouts tuesday night . Trying my best to walk covered in sweat. Wabbaling to car to return home as quickly as possible.

Extra credit blog

I liked Romeo and Juliet for the most part some of the scenes were kind of boring. I thought it would have little better ending because at the end everyone just dies very abruptly and the death of Tybalt was talk about a lot and was like an epic battle before Tybalt died but when Romeo and Juliet died it was just like BOOM dead so I didn't think the ending was very good.

My favorite part was the epic battle between Mercutio and Tybalt then when Romeo killed
Tybalt. I'm not really sure how this play has effected pop culture but I guess it made people base a lot of movies of this play. all in all i thought this book was pretty good and there was a lot of stuff that happened that I never knew happened in the book from early knowledge.

Romeo and Juliet: Act Two

Something that I thought was interesting in Act two was when romeo and Juliet were talking on the balcony and Juliet was talking and said she wanted to wait and then get married than a few minutes later she says she wants to get married the next day. I think this is interesting because it is weird how she can change her mind so fast about something so important. this will effect their future because if they weren't actually truly in love they could do something drastic like KILL THEMSELVES!!!

If I was in this situation i would defiantly think hard about this decision. also if i did decide to get married with no one knowing i would do it later to make the families become less suspicious. Also no i have never been in this situation because first I'm to young to be married and second i wouldn't want to be married this young either.

Characters in Romeo and Juliet

I'm going to chose Romeo because there is a lot of stuff about him in the book. First I think Romeo would be about average height and long hair . Also he would young because he is a younger man in the book. I thought Romeo would be kind of arrogant and Rude if you weren't as rich as him or if you were a Capulet. But the more we read into the book if found out that he wasn't rude but actually seem nice and some what shy and romantic but in the book it said he was depressed for some time because he couldn't get over Rosaline.

Some one who I think is similar to Romeo is my cousin because he is some what romantic but he seems arrogant but he really isn't and he is actually a real nice guy but if you just saw him walking down the street he would look like a punk. Also he acts about the same as Romeo does in the book just in a more modern way.

Romeo and Juliet: Premonitions

I have never had a dream like that, that I can remember. If i did have a dream like that I would try to stay away from the place it happened and change my plans for that day. But if i couldn't avoid it i would try to see it coming and try to change it as it happens. If it did happen without my noticing i would have to just take it.

In Romeo and Juliet they is probably many times when this happens. Also in a lot of movies these days have premonitions.

Shakespearean Stories

A movie i have seen that would fit this subject is a 10 things I hate about you. This movie is based on the play " The Taming of a Shrew" By Willam shakespere. The name of the school they went to was Padua which is the name of the city the play was set in. Also The younger sister wants to date a guy but can't because her sister dated the same guy and had bad experiences. so her dad won't let her date till her older sister does.

Many directors today are very influnced by Shaksheres plays. Many people don't realize that movies today are based off Shakespere.

Anticipating Shakespeare

When we started watching the movie I couldn't.t really understand what they were talking about and i had to sort of translate in my head. But when we grew closer to the end of the movie I started being able to understand them faster and More clearly. The way they talk is hard to follow but when i pick out some of the words so its a basic sentence i can understand them quiet easily.

I really don't know anything at all about Romeo And Juliet. All I really know is that Romeo dies in the end. But i like it will be kinda fun to learn about. Since i don't know any thing about it. I probably wont enjoy the next two months of class as much as you will since your and English teacher and all but i will enjoy it to some extent and try to make it fun and exciting but since your teaching it probably should be SOOOOOOO much fun. HAHA

Freewrite/Insight: Animal Farm

Things I like about the book so far are that the missing snowball is such a mystery and how he is supposed to be coming to farm at night and sabotaging it. Also the mystery of where Mollie went and if she will ever come back. Also i like how the animals have already started to fall apart and it gives you so insight in to what will happen next.

My idea on Napoleon is that he is a sly animal that wants every thing to go his way and he will do anything to get his way and he thinks every should follow his rules with no problems. Boxer is a strong not very smart horse that just does what hes told with no questions asked. Squealer is somewhat of Napoleons little messenger boy who is good at convincing the animals into doing whatever.
